Tyler Management (formerly Quiett Properties) was founded in 2001 by James and Lorri Quiett to manage their Long Beach area rental property holdings. In 2007, James and Lorri decided to put their expertise and proven track record to work for a few of their friends and business associates who had been asking for years if they would manage their buildings. Now, Tyler Management has been expanded to offer the same results oriented service to other property owners in Long Beach and the surrounding areas. As a licensed real estate broker and Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) with years of hands-on experience, James knows what is required to be a successful property manager; both from the owner's AND the resident's perspective. Lorri, a licensed real estate agent also with years of experience in the residential rental market, works with James to ensure the smooth operation of the management business. The staff employed by Tyler Management is committed to providing the high-level customer service that both our building owner clients and our residents have come to expect.
